Vanilla Pancakes
Pancake Ingredients

Vanilla Pancakes – serves 2

  • 1 T butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 t maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 t baking powder

Heat a pan on medium heat. Melt 1 T of butter and swish around in pan until the butter is melted. When melted pour into a medium sized bowl. Then add one egg and vanilla extract and maple syrup and mix thoroughly. Add flour and baking soda. Whisk until smooth. Then add batter into the pan with a small measuring cup. Wait until you see bubbles on the top to then flip. Top with syrup, butter or Nutella. Enjoy.
